You can hike, bike, kayak, or just spend some time relaxing at a riverside cafe with a Vietnamese coffee and watch the world go by. Highly recommend visiting here.

The northern Vietnamese province of Ninh Binh is often overlooked by travelers. But it shouldn’t be!

Ninh Binh has a lot to offer: the beautiful Trang An limestone karsts, the spectacular Tam Coc cave system, the historic Mua Cave, and the ancient capital of Hoa Lu.

Ninh Binh is a beautiful and underrated city in central Vietnam. It’s known as the “Ha Long Bay on Land,” because of its incredible rock formations, but it’s much less crowded than Ha Long Bay, and you can get there more easily by train.
