Cafe Pho Co has the best coffee I had ever tasted. I am not a big fan of bitter or flat flavors. They have a very rich and robust blend that is not bitter at all.

Well written! Out of all the Asian countries I’ve traveled to, Vietnam has the best tropical fruits. Pho is also my favorite noodle soup, I prefer it more than Japanese ramen as it’s less heavy.
