@boo_chan SAME! I have had some pretty good pho but every time I go back to Vietnam, I realize is just is not the same. Authentic pho requires such a huge understanding of the dish.

Pho in Vietnam is the BEST. I have tried to find Pho around here and other places and nothing compares to it. I can make it myself but it just doesn’t taste as good as what you can get made in Vietnam.

Goi cuon is amazing. I love spring rolls so the first time I tried these, I fell in love. Pho is a given. I don’t know anyone who goes to Vietnam and doesn’t have any pho!
