I received one as a gift. I am not very good with it! I keep trying and getting discouraged. I am too used to drawing by hand on paper with different tools. The feel of a digital pad isn't the same. I want to make use of it and learn though. Does anyone here draw on a digital drawing pad? If you do, do you have any tips for beginners?Â
It takes time like any new tool. I suggest keeping up with it and go slow. You should get the hand of how to draw more easily once you practice more. My niece has one, and it took her a bit of getting used to.Â
They can be hard to get used to. I have tried my hand at some. The ones without the screens seem to be even harder because you have to look up at the screen and not down at your hand which just doesn't feel natural. I like DrawingWithWaffles. She has a few videos on digital drawing pads on her YouTube channel.Â
