Great list! I will have to check a few of these spots out that I have not been to. I have gone to a couple mentioned on my last trip but it has been awhile.
I haven't tried most of these cafes, but when I'm in Vietnam my go to coffee spot is Highlands. Prices are reasonable and their coffee is really tasty.
How would you say these prices compare to other places around the world? I feel like some areas charge WAY too much for coffee these days.

I don't drink coffee very often but when I do go on vacation, I tend to need to drink some from jet lag! I will keep these places in mine next time I am in Vietnam.
