What are some of your bad habits?
I don't drink and seldom eat fast food but I smoke. So that is one of them. Another bad habit of mine is that I tend to get into spells of being lazy/inactive.
I guess junk food and staying up late. I used to be a lot worse with both. I need to still improve things but I am getting better at it.
I drink now and then. I am planning on quitting after the holiday season. I am also going to give up soda as that is not healthy either. I hope to turn things around slowly enough to not make it so hard so I am going to start cutting back now.
Junk food. I don't eat healthy enough. I have too much sugar, especially as of late. I too am going to cut out soda. Starting next week. I will slowly cut out the rest. I don't want to have sugar every day. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week at most.
I smoked for years. I finally gave it up in 2020 but it was tempting to start right back up because of the lockdowns. I didn't do that but I ended up drinking more. So now I am working on cutting back on that. I want to eventually just not drink at all.
Junk food and eating too much. I love to eat and have gained weight. I am working on losing it though. I have to lose roughly 3.5 stone (around 50 pounds).
