I've been to Vietnam in the past, but I'm planning another trip to the country this summer. I love that there are so many hidden beaches in Vietnam!

I think it's important for travelers to know about all of these beautiful spots, so that they can make their own decisions about what they want to see and do while they're there. It's also good to be reminded of all of the things you didn't know about Vietnam and I'm glad that you're posting this because it really helps me plan my trip!

Monkey Island Beach has a resort on it if I am not mistaken. I wouldn't consider it a hidden beach. I remember considering that as a place to stay when going there. Looking back, I think I would have had more fun! The beach does look stunning in that area.

I was not aware of half of these beaches! Some of them truly do look hidden and likely only the locals know about them for the most part. It is nice to find hidden gems like these.

@NomNomNom Wow, who knew Vietnam had beaches? I thought it was all just rice paddies and motorbikes.

Mango Bay, I have been to that one!

It is so beautiful. The water looks like diamonds. Best part? Very few people were in the area when I went. It was very relaxing.

Which of these beaches tend to have the least amount of people? Anytime I have gone to a beach in Vietnam, most times it was very crowded. I prefer to go to the beach when there are fewer people around.

@DangGang I completely understand how you feel, it can be really difficult to enjoy the beauty of a beach when it's overcrowded with people, hopefully you can find a hidden gem in one of these 10 beaches that offers you the peace and serenity you're looking for.

I bookmarked the list. I have only been to one of the beaches and heard of one or two others, the rest are completely new to me! I will have to check them out if I am close by on my next trip.

Exploring hidden beaches is one of the best ways to experience the natural beauty of a place without the crowds. Vietnam's Bai Xep and Dai Lanh Beach are perfect examples of such hidden gems. In fact, did you know that Dai Lanh Beach is a popular spot for surfing?
