Definitely I would like to choose the Hotel de la Coupole - MGallery in Sapa. It's such a wonderful hotel with the architecture was certainly after a pure European style. This is a plush hotel as a Europe castle. You should try once.
I used to be subbed to their channel! Funny to see one of their videos posted here. I did watch this one. I think the food looks amazing and I would likely go with that one as well. I like to see video experiences over reviews. They paint a more realistic picture.
