When I was younger, I loved the game. I played the one that came out on the Xbox 360. I have not found any game quite like it. It was easy to relax with. A lot of people recommended Animal Crossing and while I do enjoy it, it isn't the same kind of enjoyment.
@nomnomnom I loved Stardew Valley when I was into it. I would play it for hours. I think I burned myself out on it. I still play Minecraft but I have to be in the mood for it so I will play it for a week or two and then take a break.
Pokemon? Somewhat, I am not sure. I remember this game because my little brother was obsessed with it. It was the only thing he wanted to play for nearly 3 years.
Animal crossing is probably the closest you will get. I think if this game came out now, it would have done better. A lot more farming simulator games do so well these days.
