That depends on a lot of factors. One big one is the property you're looking to buy. I think renting is a good option too, because you can get a place for like $200-$500 or so a month. Not a bad deal.

It can be pretty crowded on the streets, which is why I prefer to walk or ride a bike around. The smaller the transport the better I'd say.
