I have always considered it to be the cheapest Asian country to visit while still having access to so much food, culture, events, and everything else. I mean they have so much going on right now and you are spoiled for choice considering most things in Vietnam at not expensive when compared to other Asian countries. Â
I think Vietnam is so underrated with younger travelers. They all seem to want to go to Mexico, Japan, etc. but I don't hear of them going to Vietnam hardly ever.Â
@vinami More and more younger people are going though now because travel has been made to be so expensive. You can get a lot for your money going there. I think Mexico is just easier and cheaper because it is closer to the US and Canada.
I love Vietnam! I visited a few years ago and it was one of my favorite trips. I'd recommend people go to Hoi An, which has amazing food and is filled with history.
