My brother recently started drinking it and I was wondering why. He said a friend of his recommended switching as it is considered to be healthier water. I just think it is all hype and marketing. Do you know if there are any real benefits to drinking it?
As far as I know, there aren't any. I think it can help keep your skin more hydrated than standard water so maybe if you are prone to dry skin, it can help.
It is said to hydrate the body better as the water moves through you slower and some say it helps with acid reflux but lowering acid levels in the belly.
