I hear of people skipping breakfast all the time and even I do that sometimes but usually I always make sure to have breakfast. How bout you? Do you have breakfast every day or do you never have breakfast?
There are often times I skip breakfast, mostly because I do fast from time to time, so I'll skip breakfast and maybe eat around lunch time or later even. It helps with weight loss.
