Cold hands while using my computer?

I noticed in the colder months when I am sitting at my desk for an hour or so typing, my hands will start to feel cold. I know this likely has something to do with circulation but it only seems to happen in the winter. Do you think I am keeping my house too cold without realizing it?

I think for some people, this is just part of getting older. Do you smoke by chance? I have a friend who smokes and this happens to him all the time when it is colder outside.

I would consider getting your posture checked. I had this issue before and it was due to having a bad posture that started in my neck. It is nuts but sitting and standing with any kind of imbalance is enough to cause issues like this.

I have heard of this being an issue for smokers. I have never heard about it with posture, that is interesting! I was going to say something that has helped my friend was drinking more tea, in particular green tea. It is very good for circulation!

I started having this issue. My doctor said my circulation is fine, I am just keeping my house too cold. He said if I can't warm things up, just take breaks from sitting at the commuter to force my blood flow to my arms and hands to keep them warmer.
