Lately I have tried to cut down on caffeine. I find that whenever I drink it, either coffee or through pop and or energy drinks, I tend to burn out much faster by the end of the day. Do you have tips to cut the habit down some?
I drink too much and have been told I need to cut down. I mean, I think most people could benefit from cutting back. I probably should not be drinking it at all but I have horrible trouble with sleep and rely on it to help me wake up in the morning.
I drink it in moderation as I do with other unhealthy drinks. I don't make it a daily think. I drink it more when it is cooler outside though. I think within reason, coffee and caffeine is good for you.
I can at times but I don't drink soda, coffee, or tea regularity. I try to stick to drinking water only. So I will have soda, coffee, tea or juice maybe a few times a week, not daily.
I feel that I eat quite helthy so I don't drink caffeinated things and especially I don’t like coffee, I feel it even with sugar or milk, it's still bitter 🥲
