Lately I've been having some trouble sleeping. I'm getting about 4-5 hours a night and could use about 7 or 8, but I've been tossing and turning in bed quite a bit.
Do you guys have any tips to get that much sleep?
Mostly yes. I sleep pretty well. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, and I feel that helps me sleep a lot easier. I don't have any tips. When I was a kid I had problems sleeping because of my anxiety, but I seeked therapy for that and that helped. Have you gone to a doctor about it yet?
I have had nights where I had trouble getting to sleep. It happens from time to time, but most nights I catch sleep fairly fast. Maybe within a 10 min window. Sometimes it can take an hour or two, but that's usually because I have a lot on my mind.
