Do any of you's like to get the newest model of phone as soon as it comes out? I know people love to spring for iPhones when those release, but Android has become a bigger part of the phone market these days.
Anyway, I don't buy a new phone every year. I try to hold out at least 3 years. Sometimes I can do it, sometimes I can't. What about you? Do you get the newest phone on release? Or wait another year or more?
I try to get the newest one every 2 years or so. I feel like every year would be crazy for me and my earnings. So every 2 years it is, as I feel most phones are made to last for at least 3-4 years. But, the internet and apps change so much, that they want you to have an updated phone so often.
When I was in highschool, my parents got me the newest phone each year. When they stopped supporting me, I got a new phone usually whenever it died on me. So some years I had a rough phone.
I wish I could buy the newest phone each year. But it's kind of hard doing that with a limited budget these days. But, I am due for a new phone next year, so I think I'll bite then.
