I think health is important and we all need to take care of our bodies, now more than ever. It seems like the changes in our life styles are costing years off our lives from the food we eat to the lack of exercise. That being said, I think balancing your diet with supplements can really make a difference and help where it is needed. Do you take anything?

I take vitamin c, that is about it. The reason I take it is that I don't eat many fruits and certainly not enough raw vegetables. I think cooking removes most if not all vitamin c.

I take them as I need them. I am trying to work on fixing my diet. Eating less sweets and salty packaged foods and going for more fresh meals and minimal snacking.

I do on and off. I would much rather get my nutrition from food as we really don't know the consequences of relying on supplements. I mean not unless they are wholefood ones which tend to be 3 to 4 times as expensive. Some vitamins can't even be made outside of a lab such as D3. It is always synthetic.

I take some stuff here and there. Mostly vitamin c, magnesium, and some natural supplements but I like to get these things from highly concentrated sources like bell peppers for vitamin c and magnesium from chia seeds.

I am working on drinking more water. I think that is a good first step. I would rather eat a better diet than rely on pills of any kind.
