I was considering signing up for it just for convenience but I heard that they have gotten worse lately with deliveries. Items go missing, arrive broken, delayed shipping, etc., and if that is the case, I am not sure the monthly cost is worth it. Anyone here use it? Is it bad as some people say?
Yeah I have Prime. I have considered getting rid of it but I end up using it again and again. If they up the prices though anymore than they have done, I will cancel.
As for your concerns, I have only had a few issues. I guess this depends on which warehouse the items are coming from.
Prime is fine. I don't have issues with my shipments getting lost. A lot of times, they show up early. Never had any issues with broken items either. Maybe I lucked out?
I had it before but I canceled it when they increased the price. I believe at one point it was only $6.99 and then they jumped it to $8.99, then $9.99, then $11.99 and now I think it is $13.99.
I had maybe 3 or 4 broken items, a few that went missing, and a handful of delays. Considering I order from them at least once a week, that is not too bad.
