I am sure this has to do with my eating habits. I like sweets and coffees and such. I can't help it but I know a lot of the things I enjoy are high in calories so it seems like my weight is always going up and down and up again. Does anyone else struggle with their weight? I want to know how to keep it down without it doing this all the time.

I did when I was younger but I did not eat healthily and my mom let me eat what I wanted because I was very picky. I didn't start to lose weight until my late teens and I have kept it off just by not eating too much in one sitting and moving more.

I think most people do at some point. Some don't deal with issues until they are older. I have had issues when I was a young child, my mother was paranoid I was underweight. I ended up balancing out as I got a little older. I haven't had any issues in my adult years but I know if I keep eating junk, I will!

If your weight goes up and diet, your diet habits must be going up and down!

Manage your calorie intake. I know it is not something ladies like to hear but adding muscle will help burn more fat too. I think 1 pound of muscle burns something like 6 extra calories an hour. That is 144 calories a day!

I agree about calories. Just watch what you are consuming. If you don't want to count calories, just eat less than what you normally would eat of any given item.

Focus on eating healthier foods more and it will balance out. Eat a lot of greens and fill up your plate so your meals have less carbs like rice or pasta.

I have struggled. It can be hard at times but if you cut back on what you eat and just focus on moving more, the weight will drop off. :)

My weight is a very strange thing - I do not change my eating habits, go to the gym 2 times a week but sometimes I gain weight and sometimes I lose it. For now I have a period of losing weight. I guess that in my case it depends of my mood and mental health. When I have a stress - my weight disappears. I do not want to be unhappy but fat... Sad
