I hate to exercise but I want to stay active so I don't end up with health issues as I get older.

I get bored easy so I have a hard time sticking to any one exercise. Are there any out there that people know of that are actually fun to do? Easy to stick to? I need some suggestions!

If you have a trampoline or access to one, that is a fun way to exercise. They make smaller indoor ones for exercise as well. Another option is swimming. Just moving around in the water will tone muscles and burn calories.

Swimming is probably the most fun to me but you can't do that year-round in some places. Do you have a dog? Just going for walks with a dog can be enjoyable. I like to take my dog to the local park and take pictures on my phone along the way.

You don't have to just find an exercise. Just be more active throughout the day. Find something you enjoy that makes your body move more. A friend of mine recently got into woodworking and he has lost some weight from it.

I like the above approach ^

I can't stick to anything either so I do my best to just stay active most days. I find this easier in the summer though as I have more options to keep me active. Since it is a bit cold outside, I don't really want to spend time out there.

You can try "Dance class". Most dance classes take one-off or term-based sign-ups, so you can try one style for a few months, and then switch it up.

It’s recommended that adults do 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week. Starting with just 30 minutes a day will put you right in the middle of that range.
