Sometimes I stop thinking about everyday things and ask myself what am I trying for?

I want to go somewhere far away at times like now. Go somewhere where no one knows who I am, look at the road, look at the sky, and take a breather. Everyone has their own story, I don't want to annoy my friends, my story may upset others by wasting their time.

At times like these, what do you do?

Give me advice! Thank you so much!

I also feel this way. I want to forget all my obligations with adult life, friends and family and just travel alone some place far away. Meet new people, make new friends or just find peace within me. But the pandemic makes it harder to  Tear

I find it helpful to write down my thoughts in a journal and listen to music. Sometimes we just need to relax or find someone to listen to us.

@bananamilk I don't want to share with people I know because they know about my life will make me uncomfortable. And no stranger was willing to hear me whine about life.

If you want a mental boost, try reading self-help books. I started reading just an hour a day, and it's made a big difference for me. You can learn something new too. I read about two or three books per month now. Before I never read books.

If you need someone to talk to, feel free to message me.

@jerry I am a person who loves to read books. I have a bookcase of about 60 books of all genres. One fine day, my dad threw them all away, which was a shock to me. There are many books that have been discontinued from the market, some of which are memories. I haven't bought and read the book for about 2 years. I think I'll start reading it again when someone gives it to me because I'm still in shock and don't dare to buy it.

I think stress and anxiety will do this to you. You feel unhappy, stuck, and worried that you are not doing enough with life. You don't need to erase everything though. It helps to start new things. Maybe try new foods, listen to new music, take up a new hobby, or go somewhere you have never been before.

Find something in life you can obtain now that you know will make you happy and work toward that. Take baby steps if you have to. When we have no goals or aspirations in life, we all fall into a state of depression, and anxiety is made worse. Life is full of so many beautiful things. We just need to learn to see them again;

Then you just go to travel by yourself, enjoy yourself firstly. Take time for yourself then you can realize many things, love yourself more, and sometimes don't need to share our sad stories to others. Just we all know our friends still be there (next to us) is enough

I have had moments where I felt like this. Sometimes life just doesn't seem fair and you don't want to complain otherwise your family/friends may just be annoyed by you.

I find it helps to just invest in something that empowers yourself. Maybe try learning a new skill?
