I joined here as I only have one friend who enjoys this music with me and she lives far away! It is a bummer. It seems like people are open to being fans of kpop but not vpop. They are missing out!! How many of your friends are into vpop?
I have several but they are all online. My IRL friends don't listen to it at all and think it is silly that I do. I guess they just don't like the music or something.
A good number of my friends are into vpop, or Vietnamese pop music. I'd say it's a pretty popular genre among young people in Vietnam.
There are a lot of great vpop artists out there, and I think the music is really catchy and upbeat. It's been fun getting to know more about the vpop scene and sharing my favorite songs with my friends.
None. I am the only one. I think it is because they do not like to listen to music in other languages, I am not sure why. I guess I can understand that to a point.
Most of my friends seem to be more into kpop than vpop but they do listen to some. I think I am the only one who prefers vpop though.
