I think it is among teen but it seems like it is not as popular for young adults or just adults in general in Vietnam. I think this is down the the app coming with privacy issues.
There are a number of popular Vietnam influencers on the app but you will find that their numbers aren't as high as other countries which tells me the usage in Vietnam is not as high as one would think.
