What can I use to replace coffee and tea?

I want to stop drinking both coffee and caffeinated tea on a daily basis so I am not so reliant on caffeine. I feel like this is one of the reasons I struggle to sleep at night and I just end up in a rotation of always feeling too tired and needing more caffeine.

What are some things I can eat or drink that are not caffeinated to help with energy?

Some people swear by fruit juicing. I have never tried it but you can get tons of recipes online that focus on energy for the morning. I had a friend who was addicted to them last year but they were too expensive to buy daily, you are better off doing your own with a quality juicer.

Yeah juicing is an option. You can also go for something like wheatgrass if you can stomach it. You can get it as juice, juice it yourself, or buy it as a powder. I have heard great things from this from some friends. I just hate the flavor of it!

Some claim that drinking enough water and getting enough sleep is all you need. You might just be caffeine-dependent in which case, you will have to stop and go through a trial period of feeling tired for a while. Could be a few weeks.

It is probably best not to replace it. Just allow your body to adjust to not using caffeine as a stimulant. It is not good for us to consume all the time anyways.
