I recently moved and have the opportunity to paint and decorate my own space. Prior to this I was renting with roommates and was not allowed to change anything. I am not even sure which style of the interior to go with.
What kind of style do you like? Do you have any recommendations?
Modern I guess. I like light wood tones with white and shades of grey. So simple, modern and not colorful or bright. White or light gray walls with light wood accents.
It depends on the room. I like the kitchen and bathrooms to be more colorful and the rest of the rooms to be more neutral. I tend to like black furniture with light-colored walls and light flooring.
I guess it would be called contemporay?
I never really looked into it so much. I mean if you want to keep things easy on yourself, just stick to neutral colors for floors, walls, and furniture and use pillows, wall art, etc. for color accents.
I just like natural woods and light color tones. I don't really know how to explain my style. I mean if I had the money, I would have a home to actually decorate the way I like. I can't do that renting.
Modern yet earthy. Think of like typical modern furniture with different woods, plants, and art mixed in. I am not sure how else to explain it.
