When it comes to exploring and being near natural bodies of water, do you prefer it be:
Oceans, seas, lakes, or rivers/streams?
I think most people would choose oceans but I think seas are better. They tend to be cleaner since they are more closed off, you have more space to walk out into.
I'm not a huge fan of bodies of water. The beach isn't my favorite place, and pools are boring. I don't have anything against the ocean or lakes, the way some people do. It's just that there are so many better things to do than go swimming on a hot day.
I am not a great swimmer so I can't say I enjoy them but in terms of being near one, I would say I like rivers. I think they sound relaxing and nature being all-around has a calming effect.
I love ocean space. It feels endless and you can just get lost looking into the vast water.
I remember the first time I saw the ocean, it was such an amazing feeling!

I am not really picky with it. It isn't something that I avoid or actively seek out. I am not into fishing or surfing, no kinds of water activities really but I don't hate being in or around bodies of water.
I think oceans are the most interesting but seas have more appeal to them if you just want to hang out by a large body of water and not have to worry about fish, sharks, etc.
I think all are nice for different reasons and it really depends on the time of year and what mood I am in. I don't have a favorite but I like different ones different times of the year!
I like rivers and streams. We have a park not far from where I live that attacks all sorts of different animals. I once saw a mother bear with her cubs playing in it. I had to keep my distance, I was maybe 50 feet away but it was amazing to see.
