I agree that their street food is the best!

I loved the freshness and simplicity of it all. And there are so many different kinds of food! You can have some of the best pho you'll ever have, or some amazing bun cha (which is a grilled pork dish that's served with noodles and herbs), or even a banh mi sandwich! It's incredible how much variety they have in those simple stands on the streets.

I also loved the fact that you could get up close and personal with the vendors who were cooking your food. There was no intimidation factor. They were just happy to be cooking for you and serving up their favorite dishes.

Street food is amazing, you just need to know where to find the best quality vendors as some are not as hygienic as others and when it comes to meat, that matters.

I have had street food in many different areas around the world. It is where the heart and soul of a country is and Vietnam has the BEST street food IMO.

It has been too long since I had some good street food! This just made me crave it that much more. These are fantastic spots from what I have read on the ones I knew about.

One of the vendors I went to in Vietnam was an older woman and her husband. They were the sweetest people and made some of the best food I had ever tasted. I wish I knew where it was exactly. I have tried to find them since. This was in 2015.

My mouth is watering just thinking of the amazing street food they have!! Ugg, I wish I could get some right now. I don't know how people go to Vietnam and never try it. I have a friend whose parents have been there at least 10 times and never once tried it!

I've had some of the best pho in Vietnam at little-known restaurants that you wouldn't expect. Street food is a great way to explore a new city or country, and it's always a fun experience.

I'm so excited to try the street food in Vietnam! But I'm a little bummed that I can't try the restaurants because they're all closed on Mondays.

I love Vietnam! The street food is amazing and there's so much to see and do. I would definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance.
