The most popular budget airline when traveling within Vietnam would be VietJetAir. You can fly round-trip South to North Vietnam and back for $9 with the promo going on right now.
Economy without promo is around $17. Still very cheap!
First class (Sky Boss) is only around $130 and that includes VIP lounge at the airports.
I'm definitely using VietJetAir to book my flights when I get there. I would be losing out on many awesome experiences if I just stayed in one city during my visit. Other airlines you can take are Vietnam Airlines and Bamboo Airways.

Thanks for the info Jerry! First class is only $130? That would be awesome. I would fly first class all the time on that airline.
