I love the Mekong Delta! I have been there a few times and it is such a beautiful place. The countryside is so green and lush and there are always tons of water buffalo roaming around. I would definitely recommend going there if you have never been before.

Mekong Delta is a beautiful place. I have considered going but have yet to make it part of one of my trips. I didn't know you could actually travel through it on bike. Good to know!
