Do you ever get jet lag from flying to Vietnam? I haven't had jet lag when I travel, but when I went to Japan one year, I got jet lag pretty bad. Other than that, it doesn't really bother me. What about you though?
Anytime I go somewhere that the time is different. I will usually get jet lag. It's just your body being confused about the time difference.Â
