Nghe An must be underrated for sure as this is the first time I am actually reading about it. I know I have heard of the area but never as a travel destination. I am going to have to look into this place more. Thanks for writing about it!

I am so glad you are interested in Nghe An! I had never heard of it either, but I'm so glad I found out about it. The people are so friendly and the area is absolutely beautiful. It's definitely underrated, which is why I think you should definitely go there ASAP!

This is a wonderful place. I can't say I have stayed here or visited but I have family who have and they love it. I should really plan a trip here instead of going to places I already know I love. Try something new!

I have distant relatives who lived here for several years. They moved to be closer to the city 10 years ago for an easier life. I think this place is beautiful and I am happy more people are learning about it.

I think Nghe An is underrated because of the weather and insects. A lot of people just can;'t tolerate the mosquitoes and don't like going to areas like this because of them.

@boo_chan I heard some people mention this. I think this seems to be the case where there are larger pockets of water. I never had issues myself but I tend not to get attacked by them.

I have never been here but it sounds amazing! I will have to make a point to plan a trip here, even if I stay in other places, I want to at least spend a few days here!
