From the chaotic streets of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) to the ancient town of Hoi An, from the misty peaks of Ha Long Bay to the bustling metropolis of Hanoi, Vietnam is a country that has something for everyone. Hoi An is truly magical for a honeymoon! It's super romantic with all those lantern-lit streets. I hope you had an amazing time. Remember to stroll by the river and try some delicious street food next time you're there. Can't wait to hear more about your trip!

I've been to Hoi An and Saigon, but I still want to go to Hanoi! I'm hoping to visit Vietnam soon so I can check out all of these cities.

All beautiful cities. I have been to most of them. I have not stayed in all of them unfortunately. A few I have only spent maybe a day in. I hope to do an extended stay in Vietnam some day and go to each city for a week stay each!

@homeg1rl Same. I would love to stay one to two weeks in each city and make a huge vacation of it. I am not sure how long one can stay in Vietnam though without becoming a citizen.

I love how popular so many of these wonderful cities have become for tourism. I think it is helping them expand more and their economy strengthens because of it.

Vietnam is a beautiful country with many different cities to offer tourists. I would recommend Hoi An to anyone looking for a unique and cultural experience. Hanoi is also a great city for those who want to explore Vietnam's history and see some of the country's most famous landmarks.

@FarEastExplorer I've always wanted to visit Vietnam and explore all the different cities it has to offer. Hoi An sounds like the perfect place to get lost in the culture and history, while Saigon seems like the ideal spot to indulge in some delicious food and drinks.
