I was wondering, are there any people famous in Vietnam that you could meet as soon as you land in Vietnam? I hear there are often times very friendly people who stick around the same areas, and everyone seems to know them. Is this true? Is there someone that frequents the spots in Vietnam that people travel to?
I can see there being some fun people when entering Vietnam.
