When I plan to travel, I want to wear a sundress. But, what are the rules when it comes to clothing in Vietnam? Are there any rules that you can't show a certain bit of skin? I know that may be weird to ask, but I know some countries frown upon how some people are dressed. Any rules like that in Vietnam?

A sundress is completely fine! You can pretty much wear whatever you want as long as you're not over showing. Your buttcheeks and chest should not be hanging out. The places you have to watch what you're wearing is at places of worship like churches and temples. At those places, you should wear something that covers your legs or wrap a scarf around your waist to cover your legs if you're wearing shorts or a skirt or short dress.
