I like to look at new real estate developments in Vietnam during my spare time and I discovered this treasure called Grand World on Phú Quốc island. It reminds me of something out of Italy. Shop houses go for 17 billion vnd ($735,000). A bit expensive but with time, you can probably earn your money back with your business/restaurant on the lower floor (and house appreciation). This is a good buy. Many tourists like to go to Phu Quoc, it's near a casino, resort, safari, walking market, airport and more.
