Whenever I move to Vietnam, I may consider adopting a child. How is the process for someone from the US? I plan to live in Vietnam, so that would be good there. Just want to know what is required.
That is a good question. I personally feel as if they would be allowed, but they may have to get their citizenship in order to do so. But, I could be wrong.
