Do a lot of people vape in Vietnam?  

I wouldn't say it is as bad of a problem as in other areas of the world but it is happening more than it should. I feel like smoking had been dying off among younger people but vaping trends sparked up a new generation of "smokers" through vaping. 

From what I have seen, it is mostly older teens and young 20 somethings. I am not sure if the trend has picked up with younger teens or older people. I mean I would rather teens be vaping than smoking but not doing either is obviously the best option.
