When in Vietnam, are there any places that speak english as well? Or are most places in Vietnam somewhat good with English? I'm no pro when it comes to the Vietnamese language. As long as they have some english speakers, I should be good. :)
most of the young people there know a little bit of English since it's required in grade school. But many are not confident so it may be hard to have a conversation with them in english. You'd have to speak really slow for them to understand. but then there are the ones who speak english fluently and proper. Probably better than some native speakers like me.
