I am not sure if this has been asked or not. I am seeing more and more artists sporting tattoos but last I was in Vietnam, it did not seem like very many people had them.
The trend of tattoos is not a thing but there are people that do have them in Vietnam. It is just not a mainstream thing. It is considered taboo to most.
