When you move to Vietnam, will you rent out a place first? Or will you try to find a house and land for sale? I am for the latter, as I wouldn't mind finding a home. But, I may try to rent first just to get an idea for living over there. Then when I feel settled, I can buy my first land and house over there. :)
I plan to rent first, and if I feel good where I'm at, I will eventually buy. I want something big enough to house a family of 4 at the least.
