American movies censored in Vietnam?  

I don't think so cuz when I lived with my vietnamese roommate she did had any concern like movies from US are censored in Vietnam. Lemme ask her that and I'll get back to you. 

I don't think there's really any issues. I'm sure some things get censored, but I doubt it's a lot. 

I don't know if any American movies are censored when coming to Vietnam. Some may have some scenes cut or changed. But I thought that was mostly in regards to China and their strict rules. I think Vietnam is open to just about most content these days. 

Any time a movie is banned in Vietnam, it's probably related to the 9 dash line map of China that claims the islands belong to China. This is what happened with Abominable.  Kind of stupid to bring politics into animated movies but that's what happens when American film companies are owned by China.
