I am going to guess vpop just because I don't know anyone that listens to cpop. Everyone I know listens to vpop or kpop, or both but none of them listen to cpop for whatever reason.
I never really thought about it. I couldn't say which is more popular. Most of my friends don't listen to either. The ones that do listen to one is is 100% vpop and if not vpop, kpop.
V-Pop has to be more popular. I mean this is just based on who I talk to online. I know some people who listen to C-Pop and K-Pop but the most popular is K-pop by a large margin, followed by V-Pop.
I really don't know. I mean I can say one way or the other based on my own experiences but that doesn't mean it is true. I am sure c-pop has a lot of fans around the world.
As mentioned, the only one that gets as much attention is kpop, which tends to be the most popular around the world. I think China doesn't have a lot of musical influence anywhere.
