I guess it depends. Thuy is a good one but she is considered a Vietnamese American, so I don't know if she would qualify for this list or not.

Ohh so she does r&b in English! Wow, I never heard of her before this. Not bad music!

I would say most of them in that they have not gotten as bit as kpop artists. It still shocks me that people will be in love with kpop artists who have half the talent as some vpop ones and then act like they are too good for the music!

@rockman I think she(?) means that people can be kpop sobs and act as if vpop is below their standards in terms of musical taste, almost as if they would be reducing their standards to be listening to it. This seems to be an issue with Americans I find who are heavy kpop listeners but refuse to listen to jpop or vpop.
