Why do you like V-pop ?  

It reminds me a lot of '90s music but they are all new songs with a fresh feel, that being in a different language. Most trendy music in the US sucks these days!

I think I just got burned out on the standard music that gets pushed in the big industry. I started listening to music from other countries and j-pop, k-pop, and v-pop stuck with me so I became a big fan of all three. 

I just like how it sounds. I really don't know what drew me to it. Maybe anime? I mean I fell in love with Japanese music and eventually found my way over to Vietnamese music. 

I just like that it feels new and fresh to me. I got into it a few years ago after having some pretty bad burn out on my favorite music. I can only listen to the same song so many times and nothing that was being released in America at the time was enjoyable for me. 

I like it for the culture and sound. I think v-pop is softer and often more creative both with style, lyrics, and musical sound.
