I am curious to think what people think of the news about Sims 5. I think it is called Project Rene right now. I feel like they are trying to make it more appealing to builders in many ways which I like. I don't play the game itself. I actually just play to build houses and other buildings.
I used to play the Sims 3 all the time. I got the Sims 4 but I don't play it all that much. I think I got it in 2018. A new game would be nice if they can get back to the game having more customization options.
I do now and then. I heard about them making a new one a few years ago. I guess they officially announced it. I only care about the building aspect of things myself. I likely won't get int until it is on sale when it comes out.
I played the original one and loved it. I have not played 2, 3, or 4. I think they should make a classic style one and just update the graphics. I prefer retro style games. I still play Roller Coaster Tycoon!
@thirdstrikeiii I second this. As much fun as I have had playing the newer ones, I love the look of the old one. I want that to be a thing again. Make it simple. It is the reason I enjoy games like Minecraft so much.
I used to love playing the sims but I am not into it like I once was. I just get bored with it. I think I am ready for a new game. I think it will be refreshing to have something new to experience again. I just hope they don't mess it up!
@hanbin_fan Same for me. I look back at older PC games and actually wish they game out now. Just with a slightly more updated graphical look. Keeping everything else the same. Like Roller Coaster Tycoon. There was a game that came out a few years ago that looks just like it and functions the same but with updated graphics. It was perfect.
