Chess or Checkers?

When I was younger, I was able to play both. I even knew how to play Chinese checkers. As I got older and stopped playing, I only remember how to play checkers. I don't know how to even play chess at this point but I feel like if I still retained that knowledge I would prefer it over checkers. Which do you prefer?

I like checkers. I have never been good at chess! Checkers is similar to simple games like tic-tac-toe where you just have to read the board and plan where you think someone will go. With chess, there are too many complications!

Chess, it's more strategic.

I like both but chess actually requires you to think ahead and plan out several moves at once based on what your appointment does. I have never been great at it but I have won some matches!

Hmm.... Well, I will be honest - I don't know how to play chess 🤫

While I do know how to play checkers, I haven't played in a very long time so I likely would lose if I tried!
