There is a young man in my city who made it into the Olympics. I forget his name, but my sister knows who it is. Anyway, do you know anyone performing in the Olympics? Or maybe someone here is performing in the olympics?
Not anyone I know, but I'm sure my state has a couple in the representing us in the Olympics. Then again, maybe not, I can't imagine each state being represented.
Nope, but I'm sure there is 1 or 2 from around here who tried out and maybe made the team as a backup or something. I'm sure there are many backups in the Olympics.
