Does anyone here like to workout? If so, what is your workout routine like? My routine starts with a hearty breakfast at 8AM in the morning. I then workout for an hour, eat a small snack and take a shower. I then have work for around 6 hours and then I come home, eat again, workout, and relax for the rest of the night. 

I then repeat these steps daily. What about you?

I only started getting back to working out since I noticed I gained so much weight and had trouble breathing during this pandemic. Only worked out for 2 days, just some cardio (cycling) and I already feel so much better.

I like to workout at least for 30 min a day, give or take. I don't normally workout too long, as I have one bad knee that gives me trouble if I go for too long. Thankfully, running on the treadmill doesn't bug it too much. :)
