I usually sleep pretty late like at 2-3 am and wake up at 11-12pm. I should get back in the habit of waking up early and sleeping before midnight.

7-9am I'm awake, by midnight-1 am I'm asleep.
Stop using Phone after 9 PM. Believe me, it works.
I go to sleep at 10 in the night and wake up at 6 in the morning. Waking up early in the morning makes one feel refreshed throughout the day.
I wake up at 11 in the morning and stay up at late as 4 am.
Sleep at 2am, wake up at 8am. 6 hours is all I need.
I get up a hair before 5, I got to bed about 10, and am generally asleep by 11

Currently my sleep schedule is out of whack. I usually stay up until 2-3 am, and wake up around 9:30-10am or so. I try not to sleep too much in, as I have a lot of work I need to sort throughout the day. It's better to wake up earlier and get it done before you can enjoy the rest of the day.
